Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Terms
Goods are shipped within Europe.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Shipments (Germany):

Germany:
- Order value up to €39.98 = €3.90
- Order value over €39.99 = free domestic shipping.

We calculate shipping costs to other countries based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Austria:
- Order value up to 80€ = 7.90€
- Order value over 80€ = free

Europe:
- Order value up to 149.99€ = 15€
- Order value over 150€ = free

Delivery times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will be made within 1–4 days, and international deliveries within 5–10 days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed upon, following the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made separate arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

• Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the date the goods or ticket are shipped, or—for other services—from the date the service is provided. • Installment Purchases: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (with a minimum of 6.95 EUR) or under the terms otherwise specified at checkout. Each installment is due at the end of the month following the issuance of a monthly invoice by Klarna. • Immediate: Your account will be charged immediately after you place your order.
• Direct Debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the date via email. (Please list only those payment methods that you actually offer.)

Use of the payment methods “Invoice,” “Installment Purchase,” and “Direct Debit” requires a positive credit check. Accordingly, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the purchase initiation and fulfillment of the sales contract for the purpose of address and credit verification. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
